Here was the first draft of the design I submitted for YSU's "Penguin Parade," a project that involved thirty 7.5 ft. Fiberglass penguins! Out of over 180 designs Infinite Possibilities was one that made the cut. ( The actual design that was submitted was of course MUCH neater.
Medium used: Sharpie, and primacolor pencils

I began with the base....which seemed to go on and on f-o-r-e-v-e-r.... I used a ruler and my trusty Cure cd to get the drawing down...Then I outlined it in ink and began painting.....

Here are some of the steps...The one of with the yellow at the bottom was actually my first pallet...but I thought it was too much so I re primed it and went with less of a ROYGBIV pallet.... I am sure you agree; I made the right decision.

The project was a total success! The penguins were auctioned off for charity after there tour around the state of Ohio. My penguin was purchased for Youngstown's Children's Museum!
